Initially, you will receive a phone call from one of the support team to confirm your request.

In the event that you have been contacted and the order has been confirmed, the requested product will be shipped by our company, Shower Shop, to reach you within 4 to 7 working days for customers located in Egypt.

As for customers from all over the world, we will contact you either by phone or via the WhatsApp application to confirm the shipment and it will reach you within 10 to 15 days.

You will be contacted by one of our representatives the day before the order is delivered to ensure that you are at the correct address.

On the day the order is delivered, the representative contacts again and the product is delivered to the agreed upon location.

For Egyptian customers, payment is made upon receipt, while for customers from all over the world, full advance payment is made before shipping the requested product.
